Littoral is the southernmost region with narrow belt (1-10 km wide), along the Adriatic Sea, from settlement Igalo on the west down to confluence of the River of Bojana on the east. Littoral is a kind of Mediterranean facade of the country. Carved with numerous bays. The largest bay is Boka Kotorska carved into the main land almost 20 km and is the southernmost Fiord of Europe. From the continental part of country littoral is divided by uninterrupted wreath of Dinaride mountains, whose tops are as 1600 m high above sea level. Average summer temperature varies from 27.4 to 29.6 C. Summer is long and dry and winter is short and mild. Bathing season lasts from the end of April until beginning of October.
